Premium Thermally Modified “CLOUDS” Panels made from laminated hardwoods (Hickory, Acacia, Poplar) make a unique design by accenting the color and grain play within one piece of wood and between different pieces. The panels are durable for 25 years due to the thermo-treatment process.

The panels are covered with a double UV protection oil (Thompson’s Clear Oil-based sealant) on all four sides. The oil has UV protection against color degradation over time, but to keep an original color, we’d recommend repeating oiling every 1-2 years.

The thermo-treatment process accelerates the aging of wood to make it similar to 350-year-old lumber. The process eliminates all moisture, resins, sugars, organisms, and bacteria in the wood. In contrast to reclaimed lumber, which has been staying outdoors for decades, our product is free of any insects and bacteria. Bringing reclaimed outdoor lumber to your home is not safe as you’ll bring all chemicals and insects with it. The thermo-modified wood is pure, and it is a 100% Green product. Our wall panels are perfectly milled and consist of laminated pieces of different tones, plus thermo-treatment adds dimension and stability to the wood. The product is made from thermally-treated hardwood. Our home decor wall panels are great for both residential and commercial applications such as accent walls, wainscoting, wall tiles, ceilings, wall art, headboards, underbars, upgrades for furniture and doors, and many others. Every piece is manually selected to combine our sets for the best look and performance. Thermo-treatment makes wood essentially durable, so you may use our planks in high-humidity environments, such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, pool areas, light backsplash areas, or even outdoors. INSTALLATION TIPS

Cut it, sand it, nail it, drill it, paint or stain it as you would practically any standard-grade lumber, using the same standard tools.
Take into consideration, that thermo-treated wood is drier (4% EMC), lighter in weight, and a little more brittle than non-treated wood.
For outdoors Install wood siding over furring strips (use 1 or 2-foot span – vertical or horizontal) for ventilation. Use outdoor-rated nails or screws. Use finishing nails on tongue and through the face when needed. Thermo-treated wood furring strips are available.
